|Recommended: YesFantastic Maintenance Service — The maintenance support is first rate. They keep the property clean and safe outside through the brutal winter season and they always do it with a smile.
|Recommended: YesThis Is An Amazing Community! Awesome Property Manager — I first moved to this property in 1992 when it was Worthington Place. Spent several years here before I purchased my house. When I decided to sale my home, I thought to myself where can I go for a couple of years before I relocate out of state where I would feel safe and my furniture would fit. I came back to Pleasant Ridge and to my surprise several of my old neighbors were still residents. That said a lot to me. Well I have been back now for over 10 years and do not plan on leaving until I retire in about 4 years. The apartments are spacious. The community is close knit and we have an amazing property manager name Joan. She has been with the company for a long time, but recently became our property manager. She has made living here a real joy. The common areas are warm and inviting just like she is. The population here is mature and she gives so much care and respect to the residents. Our Maintenance Anthony is one of the hardest working, caring respectful people that I have ever met. I love the fact that both he and Joan are residents as well. The grounds are maintained. Our maintenance needs are met in a timely and professional manner. The activities planned for the residents are so much fun. We are like family here. The lobby area is a great meeting place to catch up with your neighbors. The Community Room is spacious and the pool area very private. One of the things that I most love about the building is that you do not hear your neighbors. You have privacy and the noise levels are very low. Very good structure. When I first moved to the building New Town was not built and Owings Mills Mall did not exists. The building is still here and is still a luxury apartment community. Kudos to The Time Group and WPM.I have recommended several people who are now residents . I would recommend the Residences at Pleasant Ridge without hesitation. What a hidden gem it is. Keep up the good work Joan and Anthony!
|Recommended: YesWonderful Place To Live — I have been here a short time, however duing this time I have found the residence to be friendly and very polite. The Staff is tops I have lived in other places and I have never received the service that I am recieving now. The Grounds are clean and they make your move so easy and quick. Tiffancy is so professional and pleasant and she knows her tennants and is concerned about all of us. She is a Great Property Manager.
|Recommended: YesThe Residences Are Very Friendly, Polite And Courteous To One Another. — I moved in to Pleasant Ridge in November, 2013. I have seen where Tiffancy Robertson is a very kind, supportive , Property Manager that truly seeks to do her job extremely well for everyone. In addition to Tiffancy, Anthony Baker is also a very kind considerate Maintenance Technician, that makes certain that all repairs are completed. However, since I have moved here, there have been ongoing problems with the heating units. Tiffancy has had the units pertaining to my apartment replaced, after learning that they no longer functional, yet my apartment is still very cold. It appears that the installation in the apartment is not very good, so I continue to come up with ways to block the cold air coming from the windows and sliding door. I am not sure how much longer I can deal with the coldness, as we have also had extremely cold temperatures this winter and I have had numerous colds. Also, many years ago I had surgery on my left knee and left shoulder, and the cold temperatures seem to trigger pain when I am at home. My other concern regarding the heating units are that my BG&E bill has been ridiculous due to the malfunctioning of the units, but once again, Tiffancy has made some adjustments.
While I do enjoy living in this building, I do not want to continue being cold everyday, since I am retired and I do not have to go outside everyday. I also feel that I should not have to keep my thermostat over 80 and wear extra layers of clothing, in order to feel warm, with the amount of Rent cost that I pay every month on the 1st of the month. I would strongly recommend that the Property Owners for The Residences of Pleasant Ridge please further investigate additional installation for this apartment.

|Recommended: YesThis Is A Very Nice Place To Live. — The Building is nice the tenants are wonderful and friendly... The Staff is Super!!!!!
|Recommended: YesI Always Feel Like I'm At Home When I Return. — It is a peaceful place to live. I always feel safe. My neighbors are always pleasant. Tiffancy is always making sure everything in/out of the building is in order and ontop of keeping everyone happy and comfortable. Maintainence could step up their game, but when you make them aware of a previous situation (they forgot), they do do their best to fix the problem. Overall, it a wonderful place to live.
|Recommended: YesPleasant, Quiet, Clean — i have lived at pleasant ridge for 16 years. tiffancee robertson is the best manager we have ever had. she keeps the building in tip top shape. she is very organized and well informed about problems concerning the properties. she has a personality that knows how to deal with tenants in a business likeway and still be pleasant and comforting. she shows personal concern for all the tenants that she encounters who have personal health problems. she knows how to get tenants together for recreational activities like halloween, christmas, and birthday parties, including a pool part in the summer. she is highly energized and takes her job seriously.
anthony baker, maintenance service technician, is a highly knowledgeable employee. he knows how everything operates and can repair or replace whatever needs fixing. he is a real gentleman in every aspect. his work ethic is superb and he aims to please by coming back to check on the tenant's satisfaction.
